You can do as much or as little as you want to.

Each week there'll be different activities for you to enjoy, if you want to. There's no expectation for you to get involved. It's up to you to decide what you want to get out of the drop-in and what you do.

The only thing that will stay the same is that you know you can come somewhere safe to switch off for a while, talk to other young people like you and have a break from life.

How does it work?

If you want to come and sit in a quiet corner for a while, you can do that.

If you want to do some activities and mix with other young people attending the drop-in, you can do that.

If you want to learn some ways to help you support your mental health and wellbeing, we can show you that.

If you think that you need more support for your mental health but you're not sure where to start or who to speak to, we can guide you in the right direction.

Activities you can enjoy

There's no set timetable, the sessions are relaxed and informal. We'll follow your lead but if you want to you can enjoy

  • games
  • art
  • mindfulness exercises
